Professor at the University of Nottingham

I am a Professor (0.6 contract currently) in the School of Computer Science at the University of Nottingham. I moved there from De Montfort University in February 2013. It was a great move! Here is my web page. My research interests are primarily around the modelling of uncertainty and, more recently, optimisation. I lead the ASAP research group at the University of Nottingham. The LUCID lab for fuzzy logic and other uncertainty modelling is a very strong group of researchers. 


I teach fuzzy logic to final year students (G54FUZ).
